The Beijing Personnel Service Corporation for Diplomatic Mission is a subordinate unit of the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions (DSB). Its function is to provide various categories of permanent and temporary service personnel to foreign diplomatic missions, European Union, the Delegation of the European Commission, the League of Arab States, offices of international organizations and foreign news agencies in Beijing.

Guided by the principle of "top quality, good attitude and high efficiency” and based on a management mechanism of building up a talented and dedicated work force and bringing the initiatives of the employees into full play, the Corporation strives to offer best quality service rendered by its excellent employees to meet the various needs of the foreign missions, agencies and their staff in Beijing. The Corporation has up to now signed the "Contract of the Employment of the Chinese Employees" with over 300 customers including more than 130 embassies, and the organizations, news agencies and semi-official institutions for personnel services of various kinds.
Through our great efforts for several decades since its establishment in 1962, the Corporation has built up a work force of strong capability, rich experience and proper working attitude, and is ready to provide all-round services in a considerate, patient and careful manner. The Corporation boasts of rich human resources including a work force of more than 3,500 persons such as translators/interpreters, clerks/secretaries, cooks, waiters, gardeners, messengers, electricians, refrigeration technicians, plumbers, painters, carpenters, maintenance workers, porter, cleaners, entrance guards as well as the management personnel. Among them, there are 1,140 translators/interpreters and clerks/secretaries using respectively about 20 languages such as English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Italian, German, etc. in their work.
The Corporation has won high opinion from its customers for its good management, adequate training system, reliable service quality and high proficiency of the employees. Foreign governments or heads of states have conferred awards or medals upon over 20 employees to appreciate their hard work and outstanding achievements. In addition, a great number of employees have been commended or cited by foreign missions and agencies, some of whom have even been offered a chance to visit the home countries of their employers' at the invitation of respective governments.
