Two. Personal File and Identification Management
1.Be responsible for the filing of qualified employees’ personal files at Beijing Yunjia Human Resource Services for Diplomatic Missions ;
2.In accordance with the relevant regulations, provide related documentations requested for those intellectual employees to take social qualification examinations for professional skills, and for those technician employees to take technical grade training examinations.
3.Award the excellently performing employees and penalize the badly conducting employees.
Three. Management of Income and Welfare
1.Pay to the employees the applicable personal income for their posts (except arrearages by the employers);
2.Withhold and remit, or collect and remit the employees’ personal income tax;
3.Have social securities established for the qualified employees;
4.Arrange regular physical examinations for those employees who have been employed for more than one year and are over 28 years old;
5.Irregularly arrange cultural and sports entertainment activities for the employees.
Four. Civil Certification Service
1.Assist the employees in applications for both private and service passports.
2.Exam and approve employees’ applications for business and tourist trips to foreign countries, Hong Kong and Macao SARs and the Tibetan Autonomous Region , etc.
3.Provide assistance in filing and yearly examination of the driving licenses for professional drivers as well as in handling traffic accidents.
4.Issue other civil certifications at the requests of the employees (concerning marriage, family planning, credit and trust, etc.)
Five. Rights Protection Service
1.Provide assistance in handling labor disputes between the employers and employees.
2.Provide coordination with the relevant state institutions with regard to the settlement of other matters related to the employees.
Six. Consultation Service
Provide consultation on the policies, laws and regulations with regard to labor and employment.
